    AAR: Well, we survived our first week with the blue monstrosity. It took some packing down, and burning of what would burn, but I managed to fit our trash plus 3 bags of yard debris into the can with the lid left slightly open. Nothing fell out. :yesway: Still may look into getting a second can to have for heavy yard cleanup weeks.

    Do you not have a biosolid refuse facility?

    Here in Allen Co. it cost $1 per huge truck load to drop off yard waste - leaves, grass, branches; just no roots. The stuff is then composted or mulched and returned to service instead of filling up a landfill and generating methane anaerobically.




    An easy way to not have to complain about the gov't is not to depend on them. :stickpoke:
