    OP, is your concern in relation to a will? If so bring this up with your father's attorney who will write the will.

    If not and you are worried about your father gifting them to you, my question is: are you both in Indiana?

    I promise when the situations are all over, I will say what is going on but that might not be until the end of the year. My only hope is what his significant other said, she does and there is no issue here.

    Don't feel like you owe anyone here an explanation. You asked a question, we answered, and its none of anyone's business as to the "why" of your situation.

    I'd keep family issues in the family and not worry about what a bunch of random folks on the web think, but each to their own.

    "She kicked him out of HER house" Indiana is a community property state. She would have to have an R/O to keep him out of THEIR House. He shows up with a LEO to remove his property, she must comply.
