We used to cruise these dust collectors. We haven't rode those in a couple years.
Is that a 650 Triumph trophy engine on the chopper.

Yes. Numbers matching frame. It's been hard tailed. 650R desert racer.
"Traffic is down, but speeding is up"..... as it should be when the roads are operating at a fraction of capacity.

It all makes about as much sense as most of state's mandates.
FWIW, my regular commute over these past several weeks has been cut by at least 30%!
There was a time when my shop was filled with Trophy's Bonneville's and BSA's. Lucas was a learning curve as was Wentworth threads. Good lord I screwed some stuff up over that.
...I've made the trip to Bloomington twice since this started (almost my only time out of the house actually) and both times people seemed to think the 55mph signs meant 50-5. The Firebird does not abide by such shenanigans.
The 'rona make the future unpredictable, but give me a holler with the specs if you decide to part with the Ninja. I'm a Kawasaki guy that likes to go fast.
Pics?
It's getting hairy here in Fort Wayne too. You can't buy a ticket here. City boys pretty much quit writing tickets some time ago. Drive however you want.
I predict a very high likelihood of at least one traffic fatality in Marion County between now and the sun coming up.
The % of knuckleheads driving dangerously has been way up lately and especially today.
I was on my way home this evening and a zoom-splat went by me at at least 85-90mph on 465. I don't know if he didn't notice the marked car or didn't care. He caught up to some traffic and started weaving around looking for a way to get between some semis. Rookie me would have probably chased him. Current me figures the only person he's likely to hurt or kill is himself and then State can take care of the paperwork. I never even flipped on my lights.
I don’t know if the % is up, or if they’re just more obvious now that they’re easier to spot but you guys have more experience with this than I do. I don’t have the patience for that.I predict a very high likelihood of at least one traffic fatality in Marion County between now and the sun coming up.
