I was looking for ammo online the other day and came across Herters Total Nylon Jacket (TNJ) ammo with aluminum casings. Has anyone heard of or shot this kind of ammo before?
Thanks, yea it was advertised as cleaner and cheaper. I'm thinking about giving it a try to see how it does just wanted to know if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with it
Can't speak to the Herter's but I used to love Federal's Nyclad line. Made cleaning a breeze. If I had a Cabella's near me I'd pick up a few boxes of the .45. Just wish they made .357 or .44 Special.
Has anyone been able to find these bullets loose? If so, anyone try reloading with these? I'd be interested in finding out how these work with a press.
