Part of that cash is being kicked back to the dems that pushed for the legislation, hence the fat fund raising. It's machine 101 and we are all paying for it either through increased taxes or inflation. Between this and the big green steal it's going to be a wonder if there is going to be anything left.

If we actually had an opposition party in the “red” states one would expect to see something other than flaccid capitulation among republican governors and legislators.
