I have a coon that is causing some trouble for me, and he needs to go. I assume it is legal in Indiana for me to trap and take him away and release him. I have two possible places to take him, not sure which he will end up at.

The two places I had planned to possibly release it are not in the county. I did think of a place here in Floyd county and just happen to get to see the owner tomorrow so I will ask him.

Trap then gas it. (or if you are out of city limits, trap them shoot it.)

1 coon + 1 large traschan + 1 liter of ~90% rubbing alcohol + ~10 hours of the lid shut tight = a hard lump to dump out of the cage...

Put the havaheart trap in the bottom of a stream or pond. Coons love water. Leave it for an hour and then go back and release it.

Good thing I grew up in the country. My dad used his 12g double barrel to take care of all unwanted critters. Crows, coons, skunks, ground hogs-all were fare game.
I really must get out the the city...'sigh'

Trap and shoot, those things are pests.

yes they are! Last time I camped at Spring Mill State park they took over the campsite. I got so mad I chased one up a tree then threw a block of wood at it which came down and broke my windshield. I think I saw the bassturd grinning.
