Here are my thoughts: HK VP9 Review
Nice review. Did the grittiness of the trigger go away with use?
No, there is still a distinguishable 'hump' halfway through the pull, but it's only noticeable if you're executing a very slow, smooth, deliberate trigger pull. With a normal, sharp trigger press it's really not noticeable.
I bought one a short time ago. If feels so good in my hand (I used the large sides, and medium rear panel) plus I was more accurate with it over my G19 at ranges over 7 yds. The combination of the trigger, and how it felt in my hand made the difference.
Oh boy..... All this talk about it MADE me finally buy one! Gunbroker for $625 delivered to my FFL. I bought the luminescent sight version, because I will have the Trijicon HD sights put on it anyway. I am sure, psychologically, I will find it to be superior to my PPQ, because if it isn't I have to admit that I bought another gun I didn't really need!
There is 1 on GB for $575 delivered. Already in the hole $3000 this past 2 weeks on purchases or I would snag it.
How'd you find that? I looked for quite a while and the ones listed are $575 without buy it now and then you have to pay "actual" shipping or $25 in most cases. The buy it now price goes up to $599.
