We are not having a nice afternoon. My MIL is going downhill. We have to sit down with her and make up a list of how she wants things disposed of, who gets what?? Plus I need to know where the paperwork is for her prepaid funeral arrangements, legal docs and other stuff.

I know my Wife will be a mess when this happens, so I need to know where everything is, because I'm sure it's going to fall in my lap to handle everything.
