I think they should find someway to draw them out. Into an ambush. Instead, it looks like they want to attack a fortified position.

Looks like they are doing recon. But you have to be careful not to be discovered. If Negan is smart, he'll have roving watches.

They need better tactics. Draw some of them out and ambush them. Reduce their numbers. Or just deliver them a bunch of poisoned food and booze and let it happen nsturally.
