Afternoon all

Burrito Supremes and chips for dinner tonight. Some avocado would go great with it. I like avocados mashed up not in slices.

Not so sure about cheeseburgers dipped in olive oil though . That's a "all you" ancjr.

I don't like avocados. They really don't seem to have any flavor at all. But I do like guacamole on my fajitas.

Oh and speaking of fajitas, Aldi had these new things in the refrigerated section when I went Sunday. Fajitas, pulled pork bbq, some kind of Mexican pork dish, and I think I'm forgetting a couple of things. Anyhow, I tried the chicken fajitas for lunch today and it was pretty good! I'll be getting it again as long as they keep carrying them. Probably try the pulled pork bbq too.

When I worked at Friday's we made our guacamole from scratch, and we also had some sandwiches that got avocado on them. I hated having that green slime all over my hands. Seemed like back in the 1980's, alfalfa sprouts and avocado were the big trend. Blecch!

Our family room gets cold in the winter and that's where I've been working since moving in from the deck. I've been running a space heater and have definitely seen a big jump in the electric bill!
