The OSUT #224 the tide has turned

Boy howdy.
Sanded and solvent wiped down the powder coat on the vertical rails and the shelf brackets.
Got 'em painted. Painted the mounting screw heads.
Installed the vertical rails for each end, looked at the third rail and now I know I need a fourth.
OK so maybe the quilter needs something from Joannes, lunch at a real restaurant...
