Talked to the landlord today. He's in the process of finding a contractor to do the work. I borrowed some awesome cleaning supplies from work last night so I can scrub the blackened kitchen floor. There's a lot of work to be done

Also, most attackers aren't interested in a chase, so if one runs and the other stays behind, well, I like my wife's chances a lot better in that situation.

I think if they're interested in rape, a couple second chase is not going to faze them.
