Just checking in and doing a run through. Hubby is bored so who knows where that will lead us today. I was also informed he is almost out of cookies. Hard to believe, but tis true.

Thawing a chuck roast for dinner. I guess I will crochet and/or work on the neighbor's ancestry project we are doing. It seems to be making her brain wake up a bit when I ask her questions about her family and the places they have lived, etc.

Found some smoky chipotle seasoning packet that I picked up at Bailey's a while back...decided to put that on the roast. I hope it is good cause I bought a few packets of it. I threw in the dried chili that came with it...hope that wasn't a mistake since I don't really know how hot it is or exactly what kind it is. LOL
