Snow moving back in...Walkerton is in the line of fire again.

I am supposed to take the neighbor Chesterton Thursday but I am seriously thinking I will call tomorrow and see if I can get her rescheduled to next week. She has such a hard time getting in and out of the car, and I hate to take her out in this cold...adding snow to the mix would make it that much harder for her.

Need to go see if the pot pie is hot...put it in the oven to warm it up for dinner.

Wood burner is still keeping the cold at bay, but hoping this weekend will take it off of it's 18 hour days.

Today really sucked.
Got a call from one of my oldest friends. Known him since he was 12 or 13. He is 7 or 8 years my junior. He was in tears. His only son was murdered in Evensville this weekend. Found shot in the head in his truck. I have known his son since birth. He was 41 years old. I last spoke with him a week or so ago at his family Insurance agency. They have had my business for 30 years.
They have the POS in custody.

I am beyond sad right now. WTF is going on inn our world.

Ours is up 24/7...the new furnace I recently installed has only ran a short time. We use the blower to distribute the heat.
