I assume... they make it sound like it's no big deal, but I have my doubts. Mom died of BC so it's one of the little things I can do to help out. THey say you're out of the hospital same day and the pain isn't bad after the first three days. The other option is something with a blood filtering which they say is more common. They also say the only reason it hurts is bc of some pill you have to take for five days before.

not really, in the simplest description they drill a BUNCH of holes in you to extract and only one in me to inject.

tyler, sorry to hear about that. That would have really sucked at such a young age.

in hindsight not really. I was pretty big into drugs growing, selling, and using so it got me away from that lifestyle.

Dang i think i like rock climbing now. Found out using a skate style shoe makes it like 5 times harder because you have a huge toe box.
so tonights workout will be rock climbing, biking and swimming,
