do the same now as I did then, just a bit slower. take the anti inflammatory meds regularly. It really does help, even on days like today.

I have repeatedly asked for man cards to be surrendered when I see a "bro" at the bar with flip flops on.. I will wear them, from time to time, in the summer but why in the hell would you go into the bathroom of a bar with flip flops on?!

I went down to Lil 5 two years ago (I go every year) and was in the bathroom at Kilroy's Sports. There was an inch and a half of ****/water mix. 75% of the guys were in flip flops. I laughed.. Idiots.
