I thought of you the other night Shadow. Took the wife to Midwest Gun & Range in Elkhart and she was admiring the really nice knives they had on display there. Reminded her of all the knives on display at the Shoot & Eat at PCC. She is a trained Chef, so she can appreciate quality knives.

Ya i'm still doing the 13 14 hours a day -- its the damn way the hours lay that suck the worrest
