I looked at a Range Officer the other day, they wanted $889 for it. I almost pulled the trigger on the deal. Going to wait till next week and see if I can get a better price.

Thats to high. The go for mid $700 down here.
There was a nice one that just sold brand new in the box recently for $700.00......Oh, but you already knew that......

I'm definitely hooked. In fact I'm only buying 1911's for a while. My Colt is by far the best shooting gun I've ever had. And I've had alot. If CM makes it shoot ever better, I may just swallow my head I'll smile so big!

I just traded off a WW-II Remington that was a camp Perry gun. I should have kept that one.......

I've vowed to never sell a 1911 again. I owned a Norinco 1911 years ago. I know... I know... But it was one of the best shooters. And since they are somewhat collectible now, I wish I still had it.
