The guy definitely ****ed up, but I don't think his behavior was criminal. All he would have had to do was ask the guy to leave once, and his whole response (while still stupid) would be perfectly legal.

Well jdmack, you missed an epic Facebook post Sunday-Monday. It was so epic, the doctor that started it by calling gun carriers names decided to delete it.

I'm not working that much this week since I had to spend five days in Minnesota for work last week.

Basically, they had a Comic convention up here. Several people went, but turned away because of a no gun sign.
So a doctor that attended, made a comment (on Facebook, on the Comic con page) about gun carriers. Basically acting like a child, calling names.

So A LOT of people made somewhere around 100 comments.
No one argued the right of the property owner or leaser to ban the guns. Only that they should have made it known before people showed up.
And that name calling is childish
That LTCH carriers are safer than the average citizen
etc.

He got mad.
He deleted the thread.

On anti-gunner posted that "Batman doesn't need a gun. Why do you?"

I mean Batman, what the heck? I almost laughed myself off the chair when I read that.

I just ignore signs. I may disagree with a business owners beliefs, but if I still want their products I'll go inside.

That elbow thread is getting worse and worse. He just asked why else would someone have their hand in a coat pocket unless it was holding a gun. It is 19 degrees in Terre Haute.

They had security (off duty cops) having people open their coat to show their waist.
I'm sure more than a few still made it in.
But several people that respected the sign, went to the FB page to complain that it wasn't in the rules, so no one knew a head of time.
Several people of course brought up the size of various genitals of gun owners.
And someone said he only needed fist to protect his family. Course, if his fist are so dangerous, he shoulda been banned.
