Buddy lives west of Brownsburg had to build a fortress to keep his chickens safe from the local dogs/Coyote/coons.

We had a coop that we thought was coon proof. Lost all my chickens any way.

Just heard ONE bang...no more coon! I hate when he shoots in the garage...makes a mess, but better than letting them eat the cat food and my birds. Time to start picking up the cat food at night again. Must be a sign of spring.

Oops...maybe they are traveling in pairs again...heard another bang.

Yeah, we may be spending a bit of time at my buddy's when the weather breaks a bit more. Dog food and a spot light. Did that last year and almost got a Coyote. There were 3 of them stalking 2 coons. Did not see the Yotes until after he shot 1 of the coons and they bolted.

Should have let the yotes take the coons then shot the yotes . Two pests, one bullet .
