    I assumed they were like ski-ball tickets... even if I could trade them in, it would take years to gather enough for a plastic spider ring.

    1. No meeting should last over 30 minutes- If you can't finish it in 30 minutes, you don't have your **** together.
    2. No more than 5 people in any meeting.

    Agreed, except we have at least 9 in ours. They last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Ours can also be a "If you have a problem with another supervisor, discuss it" type thing.
    my rules on meetings
    1. bring food
    no food. and if you want the meetings to be shorter, don't have any chairs.
