We do estimated quarterly payments so we always end up with a couple hundred owed. I think we owed more last year than we do this year.

Not sure exactly. All I know is various/multiple welding/steel inspection certifications are a big plus. We don't do much training for welding inspectors, we just kind of hire guys that know their stuff and send them out. We are mainly a concrete and soils testing company, but steel and welds come up quite a bit too.
