I was off looking up night sights for hubby's 1911 he picked up. The sights on it are dead. Looks like Trijicon might be able to replace the lamps pretty reasonable from what I saw on the S&W forum. Looks like they are kind of a rare find...adjustable night sights that appear to have been stock. Pretty sure this was a police gun based on everything we've read.

Going to take a walk to the mailbox since it should be here by now and the sun is still out.

Best I saw was $399 at gun show, that's what my BIL purchased.

I saw a whole stack of them at the 1500 for $469, didn't even bother to ask what his bottom dollar was, saw another table that only had 1, they were willing to go down to $409.

(I was looking for 9mm, a lot of 40's but 9's were rare)

Not sure, we were waiting for delivery on this one, don't know how many they ordered. Gpa got a little bit of a 'frequent flyer' discount too, he bought a 638 revolver from them recently, think that was like $10 off regular price or something

I hate it when that happens. I have a friend who charges a $35 transfer fee, his cost+ shipping. Steals can be made if one has patience.
