I heard some strange noises and went to look. This will cause a tire to blow and someone to crash. It happened in the north bound lane a few years ago.

Should make for a nice hubcap collection.

When this was in the north bound side there were 20 plus hub caps in front yards over there. Then BOOM, tire blew and car hit a pole and a fence. Driver was pretty rattled.
