It's just down the road. I usually tip $5-10 so it's worth it for them to deliver no?

It's not about what it's worth although I'm sure the drivers appreciate the tip. If management feels that conditions are unsafe they won't allow the drivers to deliver. I'm not sure how the roads are out there where you are but here they're still nasty so we don't want our drivers out in it
