We only eat 2 meals a day any more. I might have a protien or energy bar mid-afternoon.

I cut up another ham steak, wife is peeling some taters and I will cut them into cubes, carrots, onions, and spices all going into a pot of navy beans. Scratch built corn bread and MMmmmmmmmm....dinner.
