You're telling me! Thankfully I enjoy 99.99% of the job. About the only ruffle is when an end-user simply cannot follow directions. If I provide you step-by-step instructions on how to do something with complete explanation as well as pictures - you'd think you'd be able to follow it ... Some do not possess this skill it seems!
