I have a bit of arthritis myself and herniated discs so I understand pain. Had injections in my back in 2008 and was told I might get a year of relief from it if it worked well. I haven't had to go back to the pain doctor since so I am thrilled with whatever he used even though I screamed bloody murder when he injected it! Had to get three injections with two weeks between each time and almost didn't go back for the second one but got gradual relief and insisted he do the third one even though he wasn't sure I needed it. I was so glad I did it...got rid of the neuropathy I was having in my lower leg.

I have to watch what I do, but haven't had severe pain since.
