How is the weather there this AM

Clear, sunny & chilly. Car said it was 40 when I went out for my paper this morning.

What's it like there??

Sunny and pleasant right now. It was muggy hot last nite at the wedding we attended. Then it rained monsoon style for about 20 minutes, cleared up and the party was on again.
Supposed to be in the mid 80's today. Taking the wife to the beach. She loves the ocean.

Looks like I am next up for the shower.
