Here's a surprise. You guys will never guess the best part of yesterday's NFA Day????

While shooting the machine guns was super cool (I'll post some links to Vids later) the BEST part of the whole day was Lovemywoods short ribs at the dinner afterwards. I don't usually like Ribs that well, but these things were FANTASTIC!!!!!!

Agreed! I was so hungry I even ate the bean dip off my plate after my chips were gone. No matter, I was famished. And the lovemywoods family did a grand job on the food! Outstanding! I almost feel guilty for making it the 2nd half of today, and getting to partake in more food without putting in a full day of work...

I think we'll manage. Thanks though! The large white tent up top is mine. It's a bit of a bear to Haul. but easy enough to take down. Those poles all weigh a ton when put together in a box!

Got another Cheesecake in the oven. Baked one Friday night to take to NFA Day and my wife & daughter were both giving me sad faces that they didn't get anything. Soooooo, I went and got some more cream cheese and made another one.
