Yes it is. Another day in paradise.

let me wake up first. had pain in my arthritic hips last night worse than I have in a long time. severe pain, then when I finally sat down it felt like they were burning. I was in tears. But feeling much better this morning

exactly. which I am not used to. Then I took my 2 mile walk too. Maybe not a good idea but I have to stay on top of the fitness too

Let the job do the fitness thing until you get used to it. Then take the 2 mile stroll.

my trainer gave me hell Monday because I took the night off. I've lost 2 lbs since Friday last week. so half a pound a day.

I just may not do 2 miles, but I have to walk every night. The boy is riding his new bike with me and it is such good Mom/Son time

exactly, he didn't complain which, made it such a nice ride. he loves this new bike thanks to the guys at IndianaShooter. Well there's only guy really.. but they all offered to help get the new bike
