Your working 2nd jd ? When I worked 2nd I always stayed up -couldn't sleep....it's like working days , you get off work at 3 pm and usually most people don't go to bed till 10 or 11 ,so there's 7 to 8 hours up after your shift , so if you got off at 12 , it's not unusual to be up till 7 or so
