Uh, yeah. Chalkie was not a person to pass up a good dare.
He blew himself out of a race transport making an acetylene bomb in a trash bag at the speedway. Static in the bag set it off.
I'm curious how good this RUSH flick is going to be.
Lance mentions some crazy times back then. The entire team got kicked off a chartered flight because they had a pillow fight on the plane, and feathers were everywhere. Pilots kicked them off because it was all getting into the ventilation system. I gather this doesn't make it into the movie.

I doubt much about the bumper cars (rentals) on the high ways make it either. Ah...the good ole days.
