They might take it more seriously if that's your husband who shows up to tell them to stop what they're doing.

I won't ask the neighbor who lives next to them to go, he is on probation from a DUI and he doesn't want to get in trouble again

no, he works 2nd shift so he'll be home around midnight. Which is usually when the show is going.
I haven't seen him since 1 yesterday afternoon. I miss him
