ok edumacate me on the can ---- can u buy one with out filling out the paper work -- or do you have to pay for it -file the paper work -then when appoved you can pick it up -- how does this work on a used one

The seller and I fill out the form 4 and send it in. He keeps it until the stamp is approved. When I get the stamp back I can take possession.

What are some good can companies out there ? I would like to find one for my 30-06 and 308

Silencerco, YHM, Gemtech, Surefire, Advanced Armament is what I can think of off the top of my head. Huntertown Arms would probably be at the top of my list to check out. I've heard their .22, 9mm, and 5.56 cans and they all sounded great. The prices are right, too.
