I have spent the last half hour trying to talk a customer out of something she wants to do. This is one of those jobs where you know there will be big problems if the customer does it the way that they want to do it, but they will not listen. Oh well, I tried.

This job is in Chicago, a large rooftop deck. There is going to be problems in a couple months, I just know it. I have been in the building materials business since 1985, I know what I'm talking about. But, these people are from Chicago, they know everything.

Oh, I understand. It's just with anyone else, when you tell them the issues that they are going to have will change the plans.
