Good scotch is an aquired taste for sure. It took me a few tries to realize the deliciousness.

Yeah, about a teaspoon of water to an average sized glass of scotch will open that pallet right up. It works the best on single malts, I'd recommend a Bowmore 8 year for starters if youve never had the pleasure. If you really find all the flavors it has to offer, move up to an oban 18 year or an Arran malt.
