Oh I'm sure it does. I'm not sure I would use it for my EDC but for video purposes that would be pretty cool

They also use them more on more on TV to film reality shows like COPS and stuff.You can have them mounted anywhere (head, chest, inside and outside cars etc).
We even have one guy who was wearing one on his chest while shooting at kids in a school last year in France.
He got shot by the police before he could upload his videos of the killings online.

I'm thinking that's probably a really good thing. There are some things no one needs to see. And the sad part is I'm sure there are people out there who would think a video like that is cool
