Nope! Its considered a hand gun! that is not a stock on it it's just a buffer tube! those are required with an AR style of pistol!

if it had the buffer tube in the picture. BUT, he says he changed it to a "regular Buffer tube".

Just not sure what a "regular buffer tube" is compared to a Pistol buffer tube.

ok, I thought if the buffer tube was capable of accepting a stock then it was considered a rifle.
