no they aren't, but the expense is gone now and I survived the chat

They want $52 a mth for the cable & $3.50 a mth for rental on the modem.

I know of a number of folks that don't have cable, satellite, or even a tv...That's a paradigm shift that I can't see myself doing.

I'm really thinking about cancelling my cable. We don't watch that much TV and 90% of what we do watch is network TV

I shutoff the cable, kept the internet. We may be switching that/ have to wait and see.

we can watch most of what we want on hulu or netflix so no reason to keep the cable.
