Just had a lady come in (you would had to see her) but it like the end of the world

Her: oh yes i checked it all twice - i didnt want to come back here , like i've done in the past and look like a fool when you come up and turn a switch on.
Me : Your sure you checked all the switchs
Her : I just told you i did - god you can be such a ass
: walk to the machine and start looking at the conveyor -- looks ok ,switch on the line on , walk up to the control panel ummmmm Carol isnt this switch suppose to be on AUTO ?
