    I hate cars. :xmad:

    I sprayed enough lube on all the moving parts of my front suspension to create the next oil shortage. The creaking noises have gotten better but not completely gone. I slathered my brakes with a ton of that anti squeak stuff and they still insist on randomly squeaking even though there is no real wear on any of the parts. Stoopid car is becoming like some people I know. It just won't shut up and be quiet. :rolleyes:

    But, after I switched to using only Ceramic Pads about 10 years ago I've never had to deal with it anymore. They're slightly more expensive though. And if you switch from metallic pads you have to replace the rotors again or they won't mesh well.

    Let 'em squeak and squeal. That way you now they are still there. :D

    I don't like it either but I'll put up with it before I replace parts that work fine and aren't worn.
