easy! this a very simple dish that pwns all other side dishes. smoky jalapeno cheese squares!

1- 16 oz. jar of sliced jalapenos
2- pounds of grated cheddar cheese
    8- eggs
    1/4 tsp.- liquid smoke

drain the jalapenos and coarsely chop them and spread them on the bottom of a 9x13 pan(preferably non stick)

top the peppers evenly with the cheese.

crack all 8 eggs and beat them until they are combine, then pour over the cheese in the pan.

bake at 350 for 30-45 until the cheese has melted all the way through.

let it cool until the cheese solidifies and cut into squares.
