seriously... it still swells if I am on it to much, which yesterday was one of those days. It still hurts pretty bad if I am on it to much, yesterday. For the most part the pain and swelling is confined to the initial injury point, unless I over do it... which I never do

It was a 2600 pound concrete anchor that we made ourselves. Luckily we made a few extras. The chain isn't cheap though..
