The usual dropouts, disconnects and bad connections. I do have the personal cell number of the tech that services the area though

Yeah, I missed out on that part this week. My shop is not big enough for me to have underlings so I get to do the jobs too.

I usually have great service but it just costs too #@*& much!
I've been considering switching but I don't know who I want to switch to and I know I will have to accept a lower level of service.
