no because I ask if they want us to monitor the test. they respond in writing that they don't want the test monitored. SO, we run the test un-monitored and the part fails now they are complaining that we didn't monitor it so that we can tail exactly when it failed.

I have thought about a black baby eagle in 45ACP. but it has never reached a place of importance on my list.
