I think 68 grain is still kinda ok, but 72 & 74 grain get to ne around the 1:7 only range.I thought so, but when I bought these at Graf & Sons, the package says to use in a 1 in 7 barrel only????
My PSA AR is 1 in 7, so I didn't care.
