    In the shadows
    yep. My mornings look something like this.

    Get up.

    Drink protein shake, Take 1 Multivitamin, and fish oil supplement.
    Go to gym and workout and drink 1 liter of water
    On way to work eat cliff bar and banana.

    Then I won't eat till lunch.
    LOL well that aint happening with these hours --- no f'en way im getting up any earlier and going to a gym hahhahahahahaha

    Work out when you get home.. That's what I do.

    Just have to eat healthy snacks all day long instead of just one meal or two.
