all that in one meal ???they are all about 230-240ish. that plus a protein shake and a banana is my breakfast on days I work out.

yep. My mornings look something like this.all that in one meal ???

Get up.
Drink protein shake, Take 1 Multivitamin, and fish oil supplement.
Go to gym and workout and drink 1 liter of water
On way to work eat cliff bar and banana.
Then I won't eat till lunch.

Work out when you get home.. That's what I do.
Just have to eat healthy snacks all day long instead of just one meal or two.
