Crappy day, every customer has problems, and nobody at the office is answering the phone to help.

We have a water line burst in our stamping building. So we have no fire system for the whole building.

Plus the guy we have to contact won't pick up his phone.

Well, I cover a multi state area. Most of my accounts are in the Central Zone, so I may get customers calling me until 5:30 or so.
