yep, the first contract had the rules attached to it and said that "these are the rules you must enforce" the new contract just said "you must have rules" so Guy took that as he could set the rules to whatever he wanted. so he made the changes announced it and then got scolded and said you can't do that.

yep, the person who is in charge of the range for the city/IMPD. said something along the lines of "it is to dangerous for the public to shoot rifles there's"



But it is ok for his highly trained police officers.

public can't shoot on a bay that doesn't have baffles. and guy won't close the main bays for an apple seed. and he uses the "TAC" bays for his classes. so no extra space to hold one.

there is a ton of politics behind the reason but lets just say that as usual the public did nothing wrong but get blames just the same.
